Parkrun Event 86

A free weekly timed 5 k run walk jog for all all the family of all levels of fitness. Run by Volunteers on a weekly basis. We would like you to join our band of high viz hero’s. once every 10th parkrun. We need at least 25 to ensure parkrun goes ahead safely and for the enjoyment of participants .Some role can allow you to volunteer and run too, Hope to see you all Saturday Feb 10th. at 9.30 am sharp.
