Tourism business members were treated to the VIP experience at Fota Wildlife Park and their new state of the art Education Conservative Research Centre (ECRC) on Wednesday March 26th.
It was a fantastic morning filled with lots of fun, learning, experiencing and networking. It started with a talk and walk through the ECRC to learn more about the sustainability strategies and biodiversity enhancements. Followed then by a guided tour of the Park with ranger Willie Duffy, where we got up close and personal to feed the gorgeous giraffes. And the icing on the cake was a spin in their latest offering, the Panoramic Wheel which gave an aerial perspective of the 100-acre park and its surroundings.
