Guests may choose from a variety of culinary options, ranging from speciality teas & coffees and homemade pastries to Afternoon Tea and cocktails, enjoyed amidst a casual ambiance and the fine views of Fota Island Resort.

Fota Island Resort boasts three top class dining venues each with its own distinctive style and menu for both breakfast and evening meals. Start the day with a traditional full Irish breakfast or choose from the menu of hot breakfast favourites in the Fota Restaurant. The Amber lounge is the perfect spot to relax after a round of golf, a few spa treatments or to catch up with family and friends. Signature dishes include Afternoon Tea, Sea Bass and Pork Belly Starter and a Crispy Duck Salad. The cuisine style at the Spike Bar is modern European with an emphasis on using locally sourced food products and as much as possible use the seasons to define our menus. All three restaurants use local ingredients and suppliers, freshly prepared and with something for everyone.
