Our final Parkrun for 2017. No 80. A weekly free 5k run,jog,walk for all the family of all fitness levels. Run by volunteers on a weekly basis without whom parkrun will not happen . Come out this Saturday morning and run off the turkey and pudding and get fit.See you there. 9.30am sharp.
