Parkrun Event 85 Evens Pacer Day

Its Pacer Saturday this week. Even times at Parkrun Event no 85,A weekly timed free 5k run by Volunteers. Pacer day is a good way for anyone who wishes to try out for a pb. If you don’t that’s ok too . You can still run. walk or jog at your own pace. Options for pacers are from 20 min to 40 min.If you feel you can run and pace a certain time we would love to hear from you.. A volunteer role and and a run credit. Best of both worlds . Email the Ballincollig parkrun office with your name and barcode number. We still need regular volunteers too. So come on ladies and gents .Be part of a fantastic Volunteer team and give a little back to the community. See you all Saturday morning.
