A free weekly timed 5k for everyone of all abilities . Run walk or jog the lovely course at Ballincollig Regional Park. Parkrun is run by Volunteers without whom parkrun would not happen . Please consider volunteering . We hope to see you all at 9.30am sharp on Saturday morning.Get yourself ready for Santa Clause.
