Park Run Event no 83 part 2
A free weekly 5k run.jog.walk for all the family. All levels of fitness welcome. Run by Volunteers weekly without whom parkrun could not operate. Please consider a volunteer role if you regularly attend the parkrun. See you all on Saturday at 9.30am sharp, Lets hope for no flooding on the route.
