A free weekly timed 5k run walk or jog for all the family . All levels of fitness are welcome from beginners to elite runners . It is run by volunteers on a weekly basis. Without volunteers Park run could not happen . These high viz hero’s ensure that everyone gets around the course safe and well and enjoy the experience We would ask you to consider a volunteer role if you are a regular user of Park run. This ensures everyone gets a chance to run . Some roles allow you to run as well. So come on don’t be shy. We welcome new volunteers .Training will be given and you give something back to the Park run community . See you all Saturday morning for park run @ 9.30am sharp.
