Open Floor Movement is a physical meditation practice that supports us to be at home in our bodies. It is designed to cultivate well being on a physical, emotional and psychological level.
It’s a practice that is accessible to everyone, There are no steps to follow, nothing to learn and you cant get it wrong. We use movement and dance to explore who we are.
No matter what age you are, your level of fitness. You are welcome.
