Irish Whiskey Academy Distiller’s Apprentice Tour

We’ve picked up a trick or two since the day John Jameson founded his distillery on Bow St. in 1780. And there’s nothing we love more than sharing our old-found knowledge with new-found friends. If you love whiskey, this is the experience for you – a deep dive into the workings of the Distillery, with Distiller’s Apprentice courses on the entire grain to glass production process as well as the heritage of Irish whiskey.

Once the learning is done, we’ll take you to the Live Distillery* to see whiskey production right there and then, as well as taste whiskey straight from the barrel. All in a day’s work.
