It’s pacer day at Parkrun Ballincollig this weekend . We are calling for runners who are regulars at Parkrun to help us out.We need pacers for odd times that is from 19 21 23 25 27 min etc to 41 min . If you can run any of these times and would like to help a fellow parkrunner to achieve a pb please let the Ballincollig parkrun office know. We really appreciate the help pacers give to this event. And think about it as getting a run credit and a volunteer credit. You also get to wear a lovely bright yellow high viz and become part of the team of high viz heros. Don’t worry there will be plenty of regular runners and walkers who don’t want to be paced .You can still go at your own pace . See you all at 9.30 am sharp.
