Many of us have schedules loaded to the brim, and popping off for a full weekend may not be accessible at this very moment. To accommodate for this I’m delighted to host a day retreat at the idyllic Inch Hideaway, East Cork.
All too often we are the first to advise others to take time for themselves to help balance our fast paced lives. Unfortunately, it’s not many of us that heed our own advice.
Here in the beautiful setting of East Cork is your opportunity to unplug, rest and repair. By investing this time in yourself, you ensure you can show up best for all those important people that we share these wise words with.
This day is open of all levels, whether coming to yoga for the first time or more experienced, suitable for adults and teenagers.
About Inch Hideaway
Inch Hideaway is an eco-sustainable campsite situated within walking distance from Inch beach in East Cork.
The location of the Campsite is a wonderfully tranquil setting, living up to its name of being a “Hideaway”, providing a space to escape the treadmill of modern-day life and recuperate in a grounding environment.

Delicious veggie food will be looked after by the wonderful owners of Inch Hideaway, Coleen, and Fabrizio.
Yoga classes and Yoga Nidra will be held in a main communal barn unless the weather permits some wild yoga.
The day begins when you arrive on Sunday at 11am and concludes at 4.30pm. The retreat is open to all levels and abilities, classes include a variety of Foundation Hatha and Hatha Flow yoga, Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Yoga Nidra (deep meditative rest).
A new addition to this year’s retreat is a herb walk. Inch Hideaway has an abundance of wild plants and herbs which boast tremendous nutritional and medicinal values. We are blessed to have an incredibly passionate herbalist Aurora Planells on board to lead us on our herb walk.
