Coopering Demonstrations and Whiskey Masterclass

Ger Buckley, a fifth-generation master cooper, will provide a coopering demonstration where he will deconstruct a barrel and explain the importance of the wood influence on whiskey. This demonstration is extraordinary and will conclude with a tasting of Ger’s very own whiskey -Jameson Cooper’s Croze.

Blender, David McCabe will follow Ger with a special tasting of whiskeys straight from the Midleton Distillery. David will explain the production process behind the world’s bestselling Irish whiskeys.
