All the Christmas classics will be covered, including traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings, roast goose, the perfect baked ham, as well as an array of innovative dishes in case you fancy trying something a little different this year. We pack a lot into the course, and you will leave armed with an arsenal of festive recipes! A delicious lunch at the cookery school is included.

Catering for a Christmas party, or entertaining guests in your own home, can be a pretty stressful affair if you leave it all to the last minute. With some advance planning, and a carefully chosen selection of party dishes, it really doesn’t have to be! This day long course covers an incredible range of dishes – lots of perennial favourites along with some more exotic options – with a strong focus on plating and presentation, designed to wow all your guests! Enjoy a delicious lunch at the cookery school as part of the course.
Festive Entertaining with Rachel Allen

Join Rachel for 2.5 days of festive fun and truly get down to the business of Christmas cooking. This course includes lots of hands-on practical cooking as well as afternoon demonstrations where you can sit back and watch Rachel in action as she executes all her favourite Christmas dishes. By the time you finish this course, you will be easily equipped to handle anything the festive season brings!
