Cancellations
Bookings may be cancelled up to 7 days before the event provided that a request for cancellation is made to the Company by recorded letter to The Management at Fota House or email to info@fotahouse.com There will be no monies refunded for cancellations made within 7 days prior to the booked event or tour.
Cancellation of a booking is considered only when requested in writing from the Customer signing the booking form. In the unlikely event of the cancellation of a service by Fota House, the Customer will be entitled to a refund except in certain circumstance where long term previous booking of third parties to deliver events may have been made.
Changes to a Service
In exceptional circumstances it may be necessary at times to change the details or itinerary of the event or of a Booking. The Company reserves the right to make reasonable alterations to any Booking made. In that event the Company will inform the Customer as soon as reasonably possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund Policy
In the event of a Customer or Customer Group being unable to undertake the booked tour or event for whatever reason the Customer may request to have part of the cost of the Service refunded. Refunds shall be applied at the Company’s sole discretion. Booking fees paid at time of booking are non-refundable and cancellations fees are charged at a minimum of €7.50 per transaction.
