Who are your trainers?
Mary Daly, Mairead McCarthy & Trish Hennessey of The Food Safety Company will deliver the Customer Service and Local Food Menu Development courses, Stephen Ryan will deliver the Public Relations workshops and Sandra Hennessey & Amanda Webb of Be Dynamic will deliver the Digital marketing programmes.
What are class sizes like?
We are keeping the class sizes small to maximise learning for all participants.
Can I attend an event not in my town?
Yes absolutely, we expect the workshops to sell out quickly, so if you miss one, check the next one in the closest town to you.
Can I attend the same session in a different town?
You can, however it will be a revision of everything you have already covered. We reccomend that you send other members of your staff to the same course if they are booked out.
Will the workshop materials be available afterwards?
The materials you receive at the workshop are yours to keep. Some materials may be available online, please check with your trainer on the day.

SECAD Partnership CLG (SECAD) is a Local Development Company that delivers a range of rural
development and social inclusion programmes including LEADER 2014-2020, the Social Inclusion &
Community Activation Programme, the Rural Social Scheme, Tus, PEIL 2014-2020 and others.
This tourism training courses will be delivered as part of the LEADER Programme in South and West
Cork, which SECAD manages as an Implementing Partner on behalf of the South and West Cork Local
Community Development Committee and Cork County Council.
