Ring of Cork works collectively to bring visitors to the East Cork, Cork Harbour & greater Cork destination.
Ring of Cork is made up of Cork’s best tourism activities, attractions, restaurants, bars, and accommodation providers.
Ring of Cork connects tourism businesses across the region and equips them with the tools and skills to boost business and in turn, support local jobs and the local economy. Formerly known as East Cork Tourism Ltd, trading as Ring of Cork since 2013.

Skills Development / Training
Ring of Cork delivers a suite of leading edge training programmes to our members. The training is aimed at business owners/ managers and delivered in small numbers to maximise learning. The training is customised to members needs with a particular focus on online marketing. Cultural training programmes such as “Getting ready for the Chinese market” and “What does the German tourist really want” are also delivered. Networking
Ring of Cork are delighted to offer a variety of exciting Networking familiarisation trips to members. These are fantastic for networking as well as great opportunity for the host businesses to promote their attraction to their fellow members. These are informal and fun days away from the office, where the focus is on networking. ROC provides the opportunity for Front of House staff/ owner managers to experience other attractions, gain knowledge, create linkages, promote other businesses and ultimately encouraging tourists to stay in the region for longer. In 2019, visits to Passage West Maritime Museum, Zip It in Farran Woods, INch Hideaway and Leahys Open Farm’s Chocolate Factory are on offer to members. Ring of Cork Online Promotion
Ring of Cork are continuing to invest in growing our social marketing platforms which saw huge growth in Facebook (up 153%), Twitter (up 220%) and Instagram (up 150%) in the past year. We have also brought members a better, more modern and interactive website. This will inform visitors about festivals and events as well as the wide range of attractions, activities, accommodation and restaurant options.
This new website will drive more traffic to your business, encouraging new visitors to stay longer and past visitors to return.
