This week’s racing kicks off on Thursday night 13th June with the final of The Curraheen Park N2-N3 Unraced Stake. Thursday night also hosts The Cork GOBA Thursday Night Special with €350 for the winner. Friday sees the final of The Curraheen Park A4 525 Stake Final. The favourite for this final is Castlelyons Sevi owned by Mr. Eddie Fitzgerald from Castlelyons, Co. Cork. The winner will receive €1,000. We also have the first round of The Ballinhassig GAA A4 550 Stake where the winner of this stake will take home €1,000 and a trophy. The A7 525 Racedogs Stake is also getting under way this Friday night, with the winner getting €550 and a trophy. Saturday 15th June hosts The Curraheen Park A3 525 Stake final. The one to watch for here is Burgess Special owned by Mrs. Sheila Spillane from Killeagh, Co. Cork. The winner of this stake will be presented with €1,150. The semi-finals of The Willie Kenny Memorial Stake will also take place this Saturday night. The dogs to be on the lookout for in these semi-finals are Sede Vacante owned by Mr. Eamon Ryan and trained by John Kiely of Killeagh, Co. Cork and Riverbank Sarah owned by Sarah Hubbard of Rylane, Co. Cork. The top-class racing continues on Saturday night with the semi-finals of The Cork GOBA Munster Novice Hurdle. The favourites in these races are Razldazl Will owned by the Dazzling-Syndicate and trained by Neilus O’ Connell and Turbo Dan owned by Erica Daly of Donoughmore, Co. Cork and trained by Barry Daly. There is also The Cork GOBA Saturday Night Special with €350 to the winner and The Burgess Getting Out Stake with €400 to the winner on Saturday night.
