On March 31st , we held our first Ring of Cork Networking event for 2026, at The Talbot Hotel, Midleton. We had a super turnout with attendees representing a fantastic mix of tourism attractions & accommodation providers,
from Cobh Heritage Centre, Midleton Distillery, Spike Island Tours, Passage West Maritime Museum, Fota Wildlife Park, Cork Harbour Boat Hire, along with B&B and guesthouse owners such as Sunville B&B, Summerfield Lodge and An Stor Townhouse. We were also joined by hotel representatives from Castlemartyr Resort ,The Walter Raleigh, Carrigaline Court Hotel & Talbot Hotel Midleton.
It was a lovely event, very relaxed and informal opportunity to connect, chat and build valuable business relationships in the beautifully refurbished Talbot Hotel. We were also treated to gorgeous nibbles as well as a tour of the newly renovated meeting rooms & event spaces, bedroom suites, bar, restaurant & leisure centre. Thank you to Talbot Hotel Midleton and especially Naomi and Anais for hosting us and looking after us so well.
