The Jameson Distillery Midleton, located just 20 minutes drive from Cork City, is laid out over 15 acres with buildings dating back to 1794. The Behind the Scenes tour is an extended tour of the original Distillery which helps you gain a deeper insight into the history, production, stories and enjoyment of Jameson Irish Whiskey.
On this tour, one of the expert Jameson Ambassadors will guide you around some of the key buildings, such as the Micro-Distillery, the Cooperage, the Maturation Warehouse and a very special visit to the Distiller’s Cottage. Tastings of premium whiskeys are included throughout the tour, just a stone’s throw away from the stills where they are made to this day.
This tour is available twice a day at 11am and 3pm and lasts two hours.
There is a paid public car park nearby and on parking available Main Street Midleton. We will have parking available once the new BH opens.
