The SECAD & Ring of Cork Food Theatre will be host to a number of food and drink demonstrations, on Saturday 10th September from 11am until 5pm. These demonstrations are free but seats are limited so get there early. Joana da Silva , Chief Specialist in Nutrition with Safefood will teach us how to make a wholesome meal. Rory & Rachel Allen will give a lesson on how to cook Ballymaloe Classics while Kevin Aherne of SAGE Restaurant will demonstrate how to cook a menu using produce from Midleton’s farmers market, dough master Declan Ryan of Arbutus Bread will also teach the art of bread making, among others.
