Spike Island – Cinema Club – DIRTY DANCING

Spike Island ‘Cinema Club’ returns with a special Valentine’s weekend screening of the 1987 classic ‘Dirty Dancing’.

Your experience starts with a boat journey across Cork harbour as the sun is setting. Our guides will meet you off the boat and guide you up to Fortress Spike. It’s on to our gift shop where you have the opportunity to purchase snacks and drinks for the movie, then on to your film screening in the former prison building that now serves as our auditorium.

Your movie experience complete and with darkness having fallen, we begin a short ‘After Dark’ tour, seeing areas off limits to the daytime public. All in all, its an unrivaled movie experience so join us on Fortress Spike Island!

Your boat will depart from Kennedy Pier, Cobh at 4pm and return from Spike Island at approx 8pm.
