Join Marine Biologist Frances Gallagher and learn how to identify and forage edible seaweed from the Irish shore. Through a hands-on cooking demo and a tasting experience, you’ll learn about the tasty and nutritional properties of seaweed and how to use it in your diet. The event will take place at the eco-camping of Inch Hideaway, East Cork,only a 5 min drive to Inch Strand and Roche’s Point where you can put your new skills into practice.
