Parkrun Event 87

A free weekly timed 5k run. walk jog for everyone . We are well on our way to hitting our 100 parkrun at Ballincollig. So for Parkrun to happen we need Volunteers weekly. Everyone is welcome to try out something new . Some roles you can also runas well as volunteer. Be sure to get your name down early. .Some roles you can not run . but you get a volunteer credit and a feel good feeling. So regular park runners please consider a volunteer role . and lets get to our 100th parkrun. See you all bright and early on Saturday morning 9,30am sharp.
