
A Free weekly 5 k run jog walk to keep fit for all the family all levels of fitness welcome. A 2 loop journey of fitness and good health. A good way to begin the weekend. It is run by Volunteers on a weekly basis . It should be noted that without Volunteers park run will not operate. We need a weekly supply of Volunteers… So please consider Volunteering if you run regularly. Some roles allow you to help out and run too. See you all on Saturday at 9.30 am sharp.
