This is an afternoon to slow down and connect with nature and with Spring.
Come discover herbs and wild plants and hear about their medicine and through some simple exercises come into tune with nature.
This workshop is facilitated by Jen Wallace who is a Community Herbalist and has trained in Nature Resonance Healing.
The beautiful Temple Yoga and Meditation Centre overlooks the ocean at Fennells Bay and has a tranquil herbal garden.
