About this event
Karate classes take place in Ballymaloe Grainstore every Thursday at 6.30pm.
Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities. Children will learn how to be more confident and assertive and how to protect themselves from bullying.
Adults can get fighting fit, learn practical self-defence and learn how to de-stress!
Family-friendly classes – Mums and Dads can train, too!
Young and old will benefit greatly from our mindful meditation practice.
Classes cost €8 for adults and €7 for children and the first lesson is always free.
Please bring a bottle of water and a towel and wear loose-fitting clothing such as tracksuit bottoms and a tee shirt. We train in bare feet.
