Recent research has highlighted the importance of a healthy and biodiverse gut micro biome for both our
physical and mental well-being.
Darina Allen and Penny Allen will talk about fresh and fermented foods that nourish and enrich our gut flora.

Pier26 Ballycotton is hosting a very special evening of food, wine and music as part of fEast 2019. Guest chef JP
Walsh, from One Pico Restaurant Dublin, will return home to Ballycotton for one night only to prepare a 4 course
tasting menu with the Pier26 kitchen team. Your evening will kick off with an Autumn Cocktail and Canapes
followed by a 4 Course Tasting Menu with wine which will have an emphasis on locally caught, grown and reared
produce.
