After this half-day workshop, your staff will understand the cultural differences of this market and will be fully equipped to meet the needs of the Chinese visitor.
They will learn the following:
Insights on Chinese visitors
• Motivations, needs, preferences, expectations, and behaviours
• Attitudes towards foreign travel
Practical Advice
• How to make their visit to Cork more memorable
• Tips for communicating, plus key phrases in the Chinese language(s)
• How to welcome Chinese visitors
