We are happy to welcome have Chamber Philharmonia Cologne back to Youghal for another of their exquisite musical evenings. Chamber Philharmonia are an ensemble of musicians from Germany who have been quietly visiting our shores for a many years now, providing quite beautiful music for concert-goers. Their motto is, “Classical music the world over”.
The ensemble play in all sorts of venues and state that, ‘It is irrelevant for our musicians whether they are playing in a little village church, in the open air, in Cologne Cathedral or in the Sydney Opera House’ Their enthusiasm to play music is the same every time.
Chamber Philharmonia Cologne returns to St. Mary’s Collegiate Church this year on sunday 7th August with their popular programme of classics. Their music and enthusiasm for their art is simply infectious and it is truly a delight to be part of it.
