The Park Bar at Midleton Park Hotel is highly regarded locally for its carvery lunches but Head Chef Ben Scott has created a selection of Summer Menus with a focus on sourcing the finest local ingredients. Our new Summer Lunch Menu introduces a fine choice of Artisan Sandwiches, including The Park Baguette and Veggie Sambo but not forgetting the delicious Marinated Chicken Wings and Thai Style Red Curry for those with a bigger appetite. For evening diners, we’re more than confident our Summer Dinner Menu will be a hit with guests and locals alike… Ben has teamed a few reliables such as our Ballycotton Seafood Chowder, which helped built our foodie reputation in East Cork, with a new selection of soon-to-be favourites like our new Signature Burger Collection and Loaded Fries options. The results, we can confirm, are mouth-watering!
