Iona is our in-house floral designer and she predominantly uses wildflowers and foliage from the Ballymaloe walled gardens and farm to decorate our rooms and tables.
Join Iona for a day to see how she beautifully brings the outside in and creates simple and effective floral designs naturally, she will demonstrate her style of flower arranging and create seasonal displays for table centers, posies and larger displays of country house flowers as well as other seasonal floral decorations. Each date includes tea and coffee on arrival, a full days course & lunch.
