Guest chef Itamar Srulovich & Sarit Packer from Honey & Co

Few chefs are so beloved as Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich of Honey & Co in London – a tiny restaurant in Fitzrovia opened in 2012. It quickly became one of London’s most talked about, most favoured dining destinations, wowing customers and critics alike. This will be Sarit and Itamar’s third visit to the Ballymaloe Cookery School and they are back in response to numerous requests.
