The 2019 Whitegate Saint Patrick’s Day Parade will take place from 12:30pm on Sunday March 17th 2019 and will consist of various floats and groups representing local businesses and clubs.
Speaking with The East Cork Journal, Treasurer of the Whitegate Residents Association, Kevin Day said, “It’s one of the best Parades in East Cork and always has a great turnout. Our MC is the ever-lively JR who will be stationed on the reviewing stand doing a great job as usual.”
There will be plenty of music and fun and all the ingredients needed for a great family day out. Anyone wishing to enter a float in the Parade, please contact Ursula Ennis c/o Eurospar. Ursula is also a member of the Whitegate Residents Association Committee along with Kevin, Shane Russell, John Bennett, Pat Scallan, Ollie Steele and Emma Kennedy. Any of them will be happy to answer any questions on the upcoming festivities.
