Food Showcase- Using Local Products & Menu Development
This course is for you if you retail prepared food whether you are a Restaurant, Hotel, Visitor Attraction or Bed & Breakfast.
In brief it will show you how to use locally produced food and drink as a marketing tool to give your business the competitive edge and advanced Bottom line. Mary Daly, Trish Hennessey will be delivering the course and Kevin Aherne of Sage Restaurant will also speak to the class on how he successfully promotes local food on Sage’s menu.
There will also be sessions on allergy awareness and practical HACCP tips.
The Food Training programme will be run over 3 afternoons with local food tasting after final workshop.

Advanced online marketing training programme “Conversions and Campaigns – Profitable Tactics for Increased ROI” .
The following is the course outline that is broken into 3 mornings , the 1st week in December. The course will start at 9am sharp and finish at 1pm. The trainer is Michelle Conaghan of Conaghan Consulting.
Monday 1st December- Conversion and Revenue Optimisation
Tuesday 2nd December- Advertising on Facebook and Remarketing across the web
Wednesday 3rd December- Building Competition and Promotion Applications that convert
This course would suit individuals who are directly involved in the development of the online marketing strategy for their organisation or those who create, develop and implement online marketing campaigns
